'Colorado-Crusty is my heart and it has much to share... The LORD, Christ Jesus is my first Love and I put my whole being into walking a heart felt life...I have went from stepping-stone to stepping-stone through these numerous years...We raised seven children and that meant 'Full House for sure'. 'Come with me as we wander through these many words...I would like to hear your thoughts on the subjects...DeeO coloradocrusty@aol.com

Phone Home

PHONE HOME!
Call the Heavenly Father, He doesn’t have an answering machine....
    He is on live, 24 - 7...

Hey You guys, what time is it? Those words rang out over the air-ways long time ago...

I guess I should say tune-up those eyes and focus in on what I am writing about this evening...Don’t strain them, just relax and see what the Lord has talked to me about, in many different ways...

You know the Scriptures tell us that Moses’s eyes did not grow dim and he lived to be 120 yrs, if I remember right...WOW...my eyes aren’t doing that well...I have a little help...I can still do my art work...

This reminds me of a song we sang back in the 50's...’Jeepers - creepers where did you get those peepers’. It is time we see ourself and others, as the Heavenly Father sees us...with a special place in His heart...

The Almighty gave us eyes to see all the beauty He created...not use them to covet others or sin with...We must look to the Heavenly Father’s Word to keep on the right path...One needs to ‘’Phone home’ to get to know the Lord and fellowship with Him...this will help us along life’s way...There is a scripture that says we should pray without ceasing. Those of us that have sight, it can get us into wrong thinking and into being judge mental about others...I believe a blind person can see in many ways, than a sighted person. They don’t let their vision get in the way of their understanding and thinking...

I Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samual look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature;...for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for men looketh on the outword apperaance, but then Lord looketh on the heart.

Yes, Phone home often...A true believer’s true home is with the Heavenly Father, Remember the old hymn that goes like this,’OH, Lord you know I have no friend like You, if heaven not my home, then Lord what will I do’. The old hymns have so many neat truths in them...the younger generation don’t know what they are missing, by only knowing chourses...

We are told to put our thoughts on things above...and God’s mighty works...He seen that the morning light came out and got life a moving...

Sight is meant also for us to see danger and get out of its way...It was not meant to get us to sin...The straight and narrow might seem to be the hard way, but in the long run it is the best Way...

I can think of one time when a bunch of us kids were out swimming in a creek...one of us looked around and here comes a cotton mouth swimming towards us with his mouth wide open...we all went for the creek bank and scampered up it...trying to get out of harms way...

Isn’t that like the devil (the serpent of old) he wiggles up behind us to catch us off guard and gets ready to bounce...That old crafty one is roaming around to see who he can devour...The Heavenly Father sends the Holy Spirit to teach and guide us and be a wonderful helper...He gave us the Holy Scriptures to make Jesus Christ our example to live by...

I Peter 5:7 Casting all your cares upon Him; for He careth for you

I Thessalonians 5:23 And this the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray to God, your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ...

‘ OUR SOURCE’

God is our Source.

He opens doors, He closes doors.

We say maybe, we say might, God knows for sure.

Seek Him we must, fellow-shipping with Him, is where needs are met.

God is with us where ever we go;

Jesus Christ told us He would never forsake us.

God’s love is always near and dear.

Our Source makes our burdens light.

The Bible tells me so....

With that I shall say so long and smile it is good for your face.

May Valentine Day be full of lovely things for you all...DeeO
